Spring Break

Finnaly its spring break!!! I don't have to go to school,because I have to be there till seven hours! Then I come home like at 3:30 because, I stay in the bus until its my turn to go home. Then at 5:00,I have to go somewhere. I come back like at 6:45,6:30 or 7:00.Sometimes I get to play outside.When I have nobody to play with,I play at my house.I get to sleep late.Spring break is awesome!

Report Card

I got my report card back today and I did great. I heard that a person got mostly 1's on his report card. I have parent- teacher conference a little earliar. I'm scheduled for 2:40 pm. I'm so happy! When you get your report card, don't you think in your mind that: "Oh man! I wonder what I'll get! Is it good? Is it bad?"? That's what my brother was thinking.

I'm Bored

Right now, I'm so bored. I don't know what to do now. If you tell me to go to Bored.com, I am not going there. Well, I am gonna go to my friend Steve's house in like a couple of hours to play kitchen with Steve's sister.

UPDATE:Okay, so I can't go to Steve's house today because I came home late from somewhere. He told my brother try to come on Sunday. He thinks he can make it.

I Saw the Gates!

Me,my brother (Sudster),and Imtiaz (Shahid) were getting excited to go.We were so happy.

The bad part is that it took us like 3 hours to find parking. Me,my brother (Sudster), and Imtiaz (Shahid) were getting kinda grumpy. It was cold, cold, cold. The other bad thing is that Imtiaz's dad couldn't come because the lack of parking. My legs were starting to get cold. We didn't know where we were going when we were going to leave. We had to walk so long just to get in the car. We kept on asking for directions to go to 72nd street or something like that. Manhattan is big so what can you say. Finally we found the car!

The good part is we got to see sights that I've never seen before. We saw the Gates and we took some pictures. We got to explore Central Park. We ate some pizza along the way.We saw tall buildings, we saw some people getting horse rides. It was a very fun trip!

Napoleon Dynamite

I just saw Napoleon Dynamite with my uncle. Do you know how funny it is? I was laughing a lot. We saw the whole movie and some deleted scenes. Man! It was awesome!

Manhole Bust

I just heard from my dad that a manhole just blew up. Samething happened to our place in Woodside when a grocery store blew up. My dad was near it. Thankfully my dad did not get hurt. Actually no one got hurt. The place where the manhole busted was in Manhattan. I think it was on 17th street. My mom said that it could blow one more time. Currently, my dad has move away from the manhole that busted. BTW, when I came home from school, I saw a NBC News van and a ABC 7 Eyewightness News van (I'm talking about the grocery thing right now).

Today at school, when I was drinking water I saw this poster. The poster said something to donate money to the tsunami. Then later on, there was an announcement about the donating thing. I think they said that the money will go to American Red Cross. I forgot the date though. I think it said that this will go on until, I don't know... Jan.-Feb. I think it was. I don't know yet if 'm going to donate. But, I am planning.

Snow

I just came back from playing in the snow. It was so fun! I tried to make a snowball, but it was hard. I think it was because of the gloves I was wearing. I also tried to make a snowman, but I couldn't make a circle. So, instead of doing or making the snowman, I made a "Snow Mountain" or a big hill. I think it was over 1 feet long. I didn't have a flag, so instead I took a stick and put it on top of the hill. I kinda played or tried to make a snowball but, like I said: "I tried to make a snowball." I did take some snow and tried to gather it up in my hands and when I went to throw the snow, the snow just spreads out. BTW, I named the mountain "Mount. Murshed" because my whole family's last name is Murshed. When I came home, I found snow in my feet, shoes, and socks and I threw it to my brother.

Eid Mubarak

Today is my religion's holiday Eid. All of the Arabic and Muslim people celebrate Eid. Some people don't go to school when it is Eid. A portion of my class (some were Muslim) were out. That includes Mahera, Onima, Zuhair, Yosph, Soufian, Abid, Sazid, and Taingrl. Apparently I wasn't absent. Today is Eid-ul-Adha. The last one was Eid ul-Fitr.

This is the lottery ticket my dad bought. Its done. We obiously didn't win the lottery. Well, thats a bummer, isn't it? I saw my dad put it on the table today, a little while ago. This is not the only ticket, he bought 4 more.

My Best Friend

My best friend is Nusrat and I love to play with her and hang out with her. I get really excited when I see her. We played alot in summer 2004. I talk about her all the time. I love her and shes kind of funny. Nusrat's other best friend Sezuti doesn't really get to play with me because I don't really see her all the time. Nusrat is the best.
